Team Hippo LOVES Monkey Foot Designs Wet Bags, and apparently so does everyone else. We love having MFD on HB, and they almost always sell out! This is why I was THRILLED when I got a MFD Wet Bag of my very own! I bought an extra-large because I wanted to make sure that I had enough room to accommodate wet swimsuits and drippy towels for both me and my husband in the event of some fun in the sun.

We just had an opportunity to test out our new wet bag and we LOVED IT! We had a weekend getaway to Wisconsin Dells and visited Noah's Ark, America's largest water park! We spent hours zipping down water slides, floating down endless rivers, and splashing around in wave pools, and when we were done, we were really, really wet! It was time to get back in the car, so we got out our Monkey Foot Designs Wet Bag!

** The following guest post is by Becky, an amazing blogger who creates fantastic projects! **

___________

I can still remember filling out my college application over 20 years ago.  When I came to the box asking for my “major”, I didn’t know what to write.  The only thing I’d ever wanted to be was a wife and mother and there were no degrees or classes in homemaking.

I’ve been blessed to be a mother and wife for the last 18 years and for the most part, that time has been spent learning theart of homemaking.  It truly is an art—and in my opinion, a career that can bring more joy and fulfillment than any other.  While I’m giving my opinion, I would have to include that when done right, homemaking can be the most difficult and most rewarding of any career.

I love raising a family!  It has been said that a family that prays together, stays together…I’ll add to that, a family that plays and works together stays together and is happy about it!  We have done some very fun projects as a family and about a year and a half ago I started blogging about them.  Just this past May we finally bought the kids a swing set.  We have 7 children with the oldest being 17 and the youngest 5 months.  Clearly, a swing set was past due!

Our family had the best time putting it together!  From the time they could walk, the husband has always included the kids in his projects, so they love working with and helping dad!  It was no easy task…it had about a million parts, an instructional DVD, and pages and pages of instructions.  I have to admit, my only contribution was scanning the Costco card at the check-out counter, but I loved watching them out my kitchen window, working together day and night to complete it.

It’s been so fun watching the kids play on it all summer!  And they love that they helped put it together.  You can see the project from start to finish at http://dirtylittlesecrets2010.blogspot.com/2011/06/swing-set.html
